By using the services provided by Admission Hacks, you (the User) are entering into a binding agreement with Admission Hacks (the Company). Your agreement signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

Eligibility

Our services are exclusively available to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, do not use our services unless you have obtained the necessary consent and are supervised by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to limit or terminate the accounts of users we believe are under the age of 13.

Privacy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, outlines the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our services. By agreeing to these terms, you simultaneously give your consent to the collection and use of your information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Services

Admission Hacks offers an array of services aimed at simplifying the college admissions process. This includes, but is not limited to, Student Profile Creation, Personalized College Ranking, and Admission Chance Estimation. While creating a student profile, users are prompted to provide details about their unique story and college preferences. These profiles subsequently serve as the foundation for generating personalized college rankings and admission estimations. However, the accuracy and effectiveness of our services largely hinge on the accuracy of information provided by the user. As such, users are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the profile creation process.

Accuracy of College Rankings and Admission Chance Estimation

We strive to provide useful and accurate college rankings and admission estimations. However, these metrics are estimations and should not be considered guarantees or definitive predictions of college admission outcomes. The rankings and estimations we provide are based on both public and proprietary data, which may not be entirely accurate, up-to-date, or reflective of all possible variables influencing college admissions. Therefore, while our services can provide guidance in the college selection process, they should not be used as the sole factor in making such important decisions.

Intellectual Property Rights

The components of our services, including but not limited to the text, graphics, images, software, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Admission Hacks and are subject to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights under both United States and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of our Intellectual Property may violate these laws, and as such, you agree not to use, copy, or distribute any content without obtaining our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Admission Hacks, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If changes occur, we will notify our users by posting the updated terms on our platform. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services after changes have been posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
